Welcome to SpicyEditions. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and the purchase of products from us.

• "Website" refers to spicyeditions.com.
• "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to the person accessing the website or placing an order.
• "Products" refers to the art prints and posters available for purchase.
• "Order" refers to a request to purchase products from us.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. All product descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience only.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT. Our EU VAT identification number is FR78934519265. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of purchase.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in GBP.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and payment has been received. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Costs

• Orders over £50: Free UK standard shipping
• Orders under £50: £3.99 UK standard shipping

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (2-3 business days) may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Method

All posters are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from production facilities in the United Kingdom, France, or Germany. Posters are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit via Royal Mail or trusted courier services.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Made-to-Order Products

All our posters are made to order — each print is individually produced to your specifications (size, frame option) after you place your order. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b)), the right to cancel does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalised.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your posters will be custom-printed on demand and that the standard 14-day cancellation right does not apply once production has begun.

Cancellation Before Production

You may cancel your order at any time before production has started by contacting us at [email protected]. Once your poster has entered production (typically within a few hours of ordering), cancellation is no longer possible. We will confirm whether cancellation is still available when you contact us.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your poster arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Although we cannot accept returns for change of mind on made-to-order products, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your print, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of damaged or defective products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content

All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of SpicyEditions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

When you purchase a poster, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the physical print for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs.

Restrictions

You may not use our products or images for commercial purposes, resale, or mass reproduction without our explicit written permission.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpicyEditions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpicyEditions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our website and products.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
