1. INTRODUCTION

This website, spicyeditions.com, is operated by Dadoum Labs (SIREN 934 519 265), a company registered in France, trading as SpicyEditions. We sell posters and related products.

We use third-party print and fulfilment partners, including Printify and its network of print providers, to manufacture and dispatch products on our behalf. Your contract is with Dadoum Labs only. Printify and any print provider are not the seller to you.

By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use SpicyEditions if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

2. DEFINITIONS

• "Company", "we", "our", or "us" refers to SpicyEditions, a trading name of Dadoum Labs (SIREN 934 519 265), registered at 15 allée Darius Milhaud, 75019 Paris, France.
• "Website" refers to spicyeditions.com.
• "Customer", "you", or "your" refers to the person accessing the website or placing an order.
• "Products" refers to the art prints and posters available for purchase.
• "Order" refers to a request to purchase products from us.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRICING

Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings and printing processes. All product descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience only.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in British Pounds (GBP). Prices shown at checkout include any VAT that we are legally required to charge at the point of sale. Where import VAT, customs duty, clearance charges or similar fees are payable and are not collected by us at checkout, we will make this clear before you place your order and those charges will be your responsibility. Our EU VAT identification number is FR78934519265. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time of purchase.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase our products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email.

Automated Fulfilment

Once payment is confirmed, your order is automatically transmitted to our print partner for production. If you need to correct your shipping address or wish to cancel before production starts, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not yet begun. This does not affect any statutory cancellation rights you may have.

Payment

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All payments are processed in GBP.

Order Confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and payment has been received. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this email within 24 hours.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping Costs

Orders over £60 qualify for free standard shipping. For orders under £60:

• Unframed posters — UK: £5.99 · France: £6.99
• Framed posters — UK: £7.99 · France: £8.99

Delivery Times

Standard UK delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express delivery (2-3 business days) may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Method

All posters are printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from production facilities in the United Kingdom, France, or Germany. Posters are shipped in protective packaging to prevent damage during transit via Royal Mail or trusted courier services.

Risk of Loss

We bear the risk of loss for all products until they are physically delivered to you. If a package is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, VAT and Import Charges

Where VAT, import charges, customs duty, clearance charges or similar fees apply to your order and are not collected by us at checkout, these will be shown or explained before you place your order and may be payable by you on import.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Made-to-Order Products

All our posters are printed to order after purchase. Products are generally produced from our standard catalogue and are not personalised.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible. If production has not yet begun, we will cancel and refund your order in full. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your poster arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Do not return items to the address printed on your package — that is our print partner's production facility. All claims must be directed to us at [email protected]. Depending on the circumstances and your statutory rights, we may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund. If the issue is our responsibility, we will bear the reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. We will issue refunds within a reasonable period after the claim is resolved. Your statutory rights are not affected.

7. LEGAL WARRANTIES

In addition to our commercial guarantees above, you benefit from the following statutory warranties:

Legal Warranty of Conformity (EU/France)

Under Articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery to report a defect or non-conformity in your product. During this period, you are not required to prove the existence of the defect. We will repair or replace the defective product; if this is impossible, we will issue a full refund.

Warranty Against Hidden Defects (EU/France)

Under Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, we are liable for hidden defects in our products that make them unfit for their intended use, or that diminish their use to such an extent that you would not have purchased them had you known of the defect.

UK Consumer Rights Act 2015

Customers in the United Kingdom benefit from statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where the law gives you that right, you may be entitled to reject faulty goods, request a repair or replacement, or seek a price reduction or refund. Nothing in these terms limits or affects your statutory rights under UK law.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Content

All artwork, designs, images, text, and other content on this website are the property of SpicyEditions or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Limited License

When you purchase a poster, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to display the physical print for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs.

Restrictions

You may not use our products or images for commercial purposes, resale, or mass reproduction without our explicit written permission.

9. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, strikes, natural events, internet outages, supplier failure or force majeure events. If such an event materially affects your order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate remedy as required by law.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpicyEditions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these terms or your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SpicyEditions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or your use of our website and products.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also rely on any mandatory consumer protections available to you and may bring proceedings in your local courts where the law allows. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
