- 1Lie on your back and draw both knees toward your chest.
- 2Take hold of the outer edges of your feet (or your shins or ankles).
- 3Open the knees wider than the torso and draw them toward the floor beside your ribs.
- 4Stack the ankles over the knees, shins roughly vertical.
- 5Gently rock side to side and let the lower back release.
