An intermediate seated pose, step by step.
- 1From sitting, stack your right knee directly over your left, both feet drawing toward opposite hips.
- 2Reach your right arm up, bend the elbow, and drop the hand down the back.
- 3Reach the left arm behind your back from below and clasp the hands, or hold a strap between them.
- 4Lift the top elbow up and draw the bottom elbow down.
- 5Sit tall and breathe into the shoulder and hip stretch.
