- 1Lie on your back and draw your right knee into your chest.
- 2Guide the right knee across your body toward the left side of the floor.
- 3Extend your right arm out to the side at shoulder height.
- 4Turn your head to gaze toward the right hand.
- 5Rest a hand on the knee and let gravity settle the twist; repeat on the other side.
